OAKSHAW – PHASE 1 NEW BUILD STREET REDENSIFICATION.

The starting point of an ambitious reawakening of Paisley’s hidden gem of a location, Oakshaw. We commissioned architects, Henry McKeown and Ian Alexander (now of JM Architects) to redevelop the site of the former Oakshaw School together with a restoration of the schoolhouse. They invented a distinctively modern street hugging ribbon building that gradually stepped up the hill and together with the restored schoolhouse created a total of 26 apartments and duplexes on land that had lain dormant for many years.
