ABOUT US

NOAH is an award winning, well respected, Glasgow based property development company. Projects are always hand picked and NOAH has established itself in a niche market for bespoke contemporary homes with imaginative remodelling of historic buildings and select new build.
Over the years we’ve rescued redundant churches, abandoned schools, vacant office blocks, derelict country mansions and created unique apartments in the process. One of our well known projects, the transformation of Park House in the heart of the Park Area into 50 luxury apartments and penthouses, won Scottish Homes Best City Apartment Award. A couple of brothers with lots of ideas – we just love old buildings and somehow think that by rescuing them we’re saving the world. Maybe we are… We began our role by restoring one of Garnethill’s oldest surviving Georgian townhouses and enabling an award winning conversion of a notable Victorian church in Glasgow’s South Side. Instead of wholesale demolition and rebuilding that characterised the 60’s and 70’s, old buildings started to be recognised and reinvented to become new places for living. Reinvigorated “old” was in. We wanted to be part of that renaissance and so NOAH was born. We’ve built up a enviable body of successful residential work through careful conservation, imaginative urban regeneration, creative adaptation and selected new build. Our portfolio of work represents our continuing philosophy towards the preservation and enhancement of Scotland’s architectural heritage. Paul Winocour, a Chartered Accountant, with a wealth of experience in the residential and commercial property sector. He is well respected amongst Glasgow’s property professionals and brings his own brand of systematic programming and keen management style to each development in order to steer the project through to successful completion. Richard Winocour, a Chartered Architect, has honed his skill in uncovering hidden potential within forgotten buildings and challenging sites. In addition to practical building knowledge he provides the creative vision necessary to maintain the company’s design edge in an increasingly competitive market place. |
