A forgettable 60’s concrete office block made famous by its incorporation of the remaining iconic tower of the former Park Church transformed into a luxury 50 apartment and penthouse development.

In one of our generally regarded more ambitious projects, we took on an unloved office block at the entrance to Park Circus and with some careful structural surgery and a full honed limestone facelift we were able to reintroduce Park House as a worthy contemporary neighbour and gateway development to Park Circus. Its landmark status as an integral part of the Park’s famous skyline of towers, with its vantage point on Woodlands Hill, boasts unrivalled views over the city and beyond.
